1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 88jl app website, mobile interface, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account with 88jl app, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the 88jl app platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. Each individual may only hold one (1) account on the 88jl app platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your name, address, mobile number, or email address — you must update your account information promptly. 88jl app shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88jl app login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 88jl app customer support immediately. 88jl app will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, 88jl app shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, 88jl app may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

88jl app accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be supported subject to availability.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 88jl app reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. 88jl app aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.

88jl app reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Any taxes or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with withdrawals are your sole responsibility.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 88jl app platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 88jl app is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

88jl app offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 88jl app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.

• 88jl app reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting activity constitutes bonus abuse.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 88jl app platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the placement of bets, and 88jl app does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Each game available on the 88jl app platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets. 88jl app shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.1 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 88jl app reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all bets placed during that round to the players' accounts. 88jl app shall not be liable for any losses, including anticipated winnings, arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with 88jl app customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 88jl app's decision on any disputed game outcome, made after reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88jl app platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time; impersonating another person; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the 88jl app platform for any money laundering activity or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live dealer games, or using external software to influence game outcomes.
• Cheating and Exploitation: Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; using any method to gain an unfair advantage not available to other players through normal gameplay.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the 88jl app platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any underage individual.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after funds have been used for gaming activity on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88jl app, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 88jl app platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the platform;
• Technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to service;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 88jl app's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
